Career Discovery Launchpad
Work directly with cats, dogs, rabbits, reptiles, horses, and even livestock as you learn to handle, care for, and assess animal health. You’ll use tools of the veterinary trade—from diagnostic equipment to grooming tables—and build essential skills in anatomy, pet emergency response, and welfare practices.
Internships with local organiations and companies provide even more real-world exposure to animal care careers.

College Credit + Career Flexibility
We have articulation agreements with Jefferson County Community College, SUNY Cobleskill, SUNY Delhi and Alfred State College.
This two-year program is an ideal foundation for students considering careers in veterinary tech, animal science, or agricultural services. You can earn up to 20 college credits toward a business degree at Jefferson Community College and benefit from articulation agreements with SUNY Cobleskill, SUNY Delhi, Alfred State, and JCC—giving you multiple pathways into higher education and in-demand careers.
