Our Early Childhood Referral Specialist connects families with the support they need during a child's most formative years. Acting as a knowledgeable guide, this specialist provides personalized information on quality early learning options, care providers, and community services. They work one-on-one with parents—whether by phone, email, or in-person—to match each child’s needs with the right local resources.
Olivia Sebastian has more than 20 years of experience working with young children and families at a preschool that provides intensive interventions. She received her bachelor’s degree in Child Psychology with a concentration in child development from Utica College and her Master’s degree in Childhood Education (grades 1-6) as well as Special Education (birth- grade 6).
Olivia brings knowledge and experience with integrating positive relationships between the school and home environments. She believes that a good learning environment is built on the cooperative effort of parents, child and teacher.
