Program Director

Tracy Largett is the Director and Systems Change Facilitator for the Central Region Partnership Center. The Director helps to manaage regional and district needs assessments and deploying the resources of the specialists, under the direction of the New York State Education Department Office of Special Education.

Director/System Change Facilitator

Tracy Largett has been part of the Partnership since 2013 and brings over 21 years of experience in the field of special education. Her educational background includes an undergraduate degree from SUNY Brockport, a Master’s in Social Work from Syracuse University, and a Master’s in Educational Leadership from Niagara University.

Tracy began her career as a school social worker, where she spent 13 years leading district-wide and building-level initiatives that improved behavioral practices for students. She then spent 7 years as a Behavior Specialist, supporting districts in the implementation of PBIS systems. Her expertise led her to a statewide role as a Behavior TAP Associate for SUNY Albany, where she trained Behavior Specialists across New York State.

Tracy recently returned to Jefferson-Lewis BOCES as the Director of the Central Regional Partnership Center. She is passionate about improving outcomes for students by supporting teachers and administrators through systems-level change—working to make schools more engaging, supportive places for all learners.
