Specially Designed Instruction Specialist
Specially Designed Instruction Specialists provide training to all staff to support and provide instruction to an individual student based on his or her learning needs, removing barriers that result from the student’s disability. Specially Designed Instruction Specialists provide training and technical assistance on research-based instructional teaching and learning strategies for all staff within the educational organization.
|Christine Angotti has been a specialist with the CRPC since February 2017 through the Herkimer-Fulton-Hamilton-Otsego BOCES. Prior to that, she worked as an Instructional Coach for grades Pre-K through 12 grade through Herkimer BOCES for 8 years. Her background in education began with a Bachelors degree from SUNY Buffalo followed by a Master’s degree from SUNY Cortland. Christine began her education career in 1990 with 19 years of classroom experience.|
