The Systems Change Facilitator will be the expert on implementation science and systems change.

Tracy Largett has been with the Partnership since the fall of 2013 and in the field of Special Education for 21 years. Her background in education began with an undergraduate degree from SUNY Brockport followed by Master’s degree in Social Work from Syracuse University and later by a Master degree in Educational Leadership from Niagara University.

Tracy's experience started with 13 years working as a school social worker where she lead both district wide and building level initiatives that lead to better behavior practices for students. She then worked for 7 years as a Behavior Specialist supporting school districts in implementing PBIS systems and practices. Her experience lead her to work at the state level for about a year and half as a Behavior TAP Associate for the State University @ SUNY Albany, where she trained Behavior Specialist working throughout NYS. She recently returned back to Jefferson-Lewis BOCES and is now the Director of the CRPC. Her passion is helping improve outcomes for students by supporting teachers and administrators in systems change work that will ultimately make schools a place kids want to be.
