
This course will provide all the components needed to seek an entry-level assignment as a service tech. The 21st Century service tech will need to know the basics of the electrical systems and power accessories; heating and air conditioning; alignment, suspension and steering; and automotive brakes. The textbook is online affording students 24/7 access to learn the skills of automotive repair. After successful completion of this course, the student will be eligible for MLR ASE student certification (Automotive Service Excellence: Maintenance & Light Repair). Please Note: Journeyman level ASE certification is the next certification level.
