Todd Galarneau
Todd Galarneau
Todd Galarneau has been with the the CRPC since January 2017. Before that, Todd was the CDOS Curriculum Specialist for Jefferson-Lewis BOCES. Todd's background in education began in 2007, when he accepted a 4th grade teaching position in the South Lewis Central School District. In 2010, Todd transferred to teach 6th grade English and social studies also in the South Lewis District. Todd attended Niagara University for his M.S.Ed. in Educational Leadership. and is certified as a School District and Building Leader. Todd's first Master's Degree is from SUNY Potsdam, where he was certified by New York as a Literacy Specialist B-6 and 5-12. Todd began his higher educational studies at SUNY Potsdam, majoring in Childhood Education and English. After completing his Bachelor of Arts degree, Todd was certified in B-2 and 1-6.  

Rebecca Copp
Rebecca Copp has been with the CRPC since October 2017. Before that, she was a special education teacher for 17 years, working with students from pre-K through high school over her years of experience. Rebecca attended Syracuse University for her undergrad work in inclusive elementary and special education and psychology and also for her masters work in literacy education. She is certified to teach special education birth through 12th grade, elementary education K-6, and literacy education birth through 12th grade.
