Become a more skilled cake decorator. Practice professional icing tricks, border designs and the creation of lovely flowers. If time permits, special technique request will be covered.

Students must supply the following supplies:

Flower nail

Disposable bags

Standard Couplers

Icing colors

Tip# 1, 2, 3, 5, 12, 14, 47, 101, 103, 104 and 59s/59º

2 Layers of cake (not need for the 1st class)
