Stephanie Widrick
Stephanie Widrick attended SUNY Oswego where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education with an extension in English (grades 7-12) as well as her Master’s degree in Reading. She comes to BOCES with over two decades of experience in the field of education serving in a variety of instructional roles including elementary classroom teacher, high school English teacher and literacy consultant. These experiences have allowed her to provide differentiated instruction to accommodate a broad range of student needs and learning styles. Stephanie’s teaching practices are always student centered, encouraging higher order thinking skills and problem solving strategies to promote lifelong learning. Stephanie is a lifelong learner herself and is excited to received her Certificate of Advanced Studies in Educational Leadership and certification as a School Building and School District Leader in May 2019. She hopes to effect positive change for students with disabilities.
