Behavior Specialsts

Behavior Specialists provide personalized training and technical assistance to school districts to establish and sustain PBIS (Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports) systems and practices. They also provide training and technical assistance in collaboration with other specialists, in accordance with the work plan and district Quality Improvement Plans (QIPs).

Additionally, professional development and resources on PBIS are offered to all districts in the area of general behavioral supports and interventions.

LaDonna Richardson
LaDonna Richardson

LaDonna Richardson joined the CRPC in September 2014. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Nazareth College, Rochester, NY and is a certified Speech Language Pathologist. Additionally, she earned a Master of Science degree from Syracuse University in the area of Audiology which led her to work for many years with deaf and hard of hearing children at the New York State School for the Deaf (NYSSD) where she became fluent in American Sign Language. Following her service at NYSSD, she continued working in the Rome City School District as a Behavior Specialist. LaDonna is dedicated to promoting positive relationships within our schools so our youth feel a deeper connection.
