mindful habits for stree release and productivity

This 8 week course will go over a range of practical mindfulness-based health habits aimed at helping people manage their stress and improve their productivity. Mindful habits will include journaling, meditation, intentional planning, breath work and more. We’ll also discuss the different ways people respond to inner and outer expectations and how that can impact their ability to implement new habits and ways to work through inner resistance. Textbooks include The Four Tendencies and 10 Minute Mindfulness.
