Congratulations to Adirondack senior Benjamin Winters for his first-place medal win at the New York State SkillsUSA Competition. Benjamin will go on to compete at the SkillsUSA National Championship in late June in Kansas City, Mo.
A Howard G. Sackett Auto Body II student, Benjamin’s win came in the Collision Repair Technology event.
Approximately 2,000 students competed this year in the state SkillsUSA Competition, which was held at the New York State Fairgrounds in Syracuse.
