The Office of Employer/Employee Relations of the Jefferson-Lewis-Hamilton-Herkimer-Oneida BOCES provides labor relations services to component school districts who subscribe to the service.

The E/E Office provides the following services:

• Represent districts in all aspects of labor relations, including at-the-table bargaining, development of management negotiation proposals and strategies, and providing information on salaries and benefits.
  
  
• Represent districts in grievances, arbitrations, employee discipline/discharge hearings, and actions involving the NYS Public Employment Relations Board.
  
  
• Conduct investigations and counsel boards of education, superintendents, and school administrators in matters regarding labor relations, personnel issues, and employee discipline issues.
  
  
• Review contract language and advise on issues regarding contract administration.
