Responsibilities/Duties: Offer a blueprint reading class that provides individuals a foundational knowledge of reading and using blueprints related to construction projects. Qualifications: NYS Education fingerprinting verification, experience in the construction field using blueprints, and credentials in blueprint reading is preferable. Salary: $35.00/hour. Assistant Superintendent for Business - A member of the central administration team, the Assistant Superintendent for Business is a 12-month position and is responsible for directing, planning, organizing and coordinating all business, financial and technology operations of the BOCES. NYS certification as a School District Administrator (SDA)/School Business Administrator (SBA) preferred. Minimum of five years experience as a school business official or administrator is required. Teacher of the Blind/Visually Impaired - Itinerant Assignment: Caseload includes all school districts within the Jefferson-Lewis-Hamilton-Herkimer-Oneida Region. To provide direct educational services to students as indicated in their individualized education plans; to provide consultation services to educators regarding effective interventions and strategies; to provide referral/resources to school districts and parents regarding community services for the blind and visually impaired.
