This program is a transitional program for students in {Mr. Waddell}
9th - 12th grade from which successful participants
can continue on into other two-year CTE programs.

This program includes lawn care, landscaping,
basic carpentry skills, and custodial maintenance
at Lewis County General Hospital. Students will be
able to use hand and power
tools, participate in
off-site construction projects, do custodial work,
as well as landscaping and building maintenance.
Unlike the other traditional CTE programs, students
may attend the class for more than two years.

Students will work on professional and personal
development such as good health habits and grooming,
respect for personal and community property,
teamwork, management skills, good work ethic,
positive attitude, pride in their work, and respect for
co-workers and supervisory personnel.
